Privacy notice
Your data, plainly.
Last updated September 26, 2026
What we collect
- Your LinkedIn profile basics when you sign in: name, profile photo and email address. We don’t get your LinkedIn password, connections or posts.
- Your workspace: the models you add, your experiments, and your preferences. API keys you add are encrypted before they’re stored and are never shown back to you or anyone else.
- What you share: experiments you share to the Community, and your votes and comments there. When you share, you choose who can read: anyone with the link (no sign-in needed to read; voting and comments still need an account, and comments are only shown to members) or members only. Either way, anyone with the link, including the link previews on WhatsApp, LinkedIn or X, sees the title, the models, the message count and who shared it, or “Anonymous” if you shared anonymously. Shared pages aren’t indexed by search engines.
- Usage: which screens you open and key actions (for example adding a model, sending a message, sharing), with the time, your device type, and where you came from (such as a LinkedIn or Google link).
- Approximate location: country, region and city, as estimated by our hosting provider from your connection. We never store your IP address.
- Signed-out visitors: the same usage and approximate location, tied to a random ID in a cookie rather than to a person. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we don’t record your visits while you’re signed out.
- Your theme (light, dark or system) is kept in a cookie so every page uses the same one. It isn’t used for anything else.
Why
To run the studio, keep your workspace and shared experiments working, prevent abuse, and understand how the product is used so we can improve it. We don’t sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who can see it
- Your workspace is private to you.
- Experiments you share, and your comments, are visible to every signed-in member, with your name and photo, unless you share anonymously.
- Usage and location statistics are visible only to the studio’s administrators.
- Service providers that host the studio for us: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database and sign-in) and LinkedIn (sign-in). Model providers you connect (such as Anthropic, OpenAI or DeepSeek) receive the messages you send them, under their own terms. If you connect ElevenLabs, the text you narrate (and short samples) is sent to ElevenLabs with your key, under its terms.
How long we keep it
Detailed usage events are deleted after 13 months. Your account, workspace and shared experiments stay until you delete them or ask us to. Anything you delete is removed from our database.
Your choices
You can delete experiments, models and stored keys in the studio at any time, stop sharing any experiment, and delete your comments. To see a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account and everything linked to it, contact us and we’ll act on it promptly.
This notice describes how the service works today. It isn’t legal advice, and we’ll update it as the studio changes.
